I will pass on what I have learned to maybe help some of you. From today on I will be getting knee injections......I inherited horrid knees from my Mawmaw...- and abused them all my life.....not on purpose...I finally went to Ortho DR today and worse knees he has seen in a long time.he doesnt even think he can fix them. I swear he looked pitifully at me!!!! The knee caps have turned to the side... and are only there by a shred of bone.....all arthritis....and inflammation filled ( I just thought they were fat pockets ) they are not......SO....please dont wait if you are hurting!!!! If they lock,click,catch,throb etc.....dont wait. He could have probably fixed them yrs ago......but not now.....I can continue my walking and biking, but no more bleachers to climb, a pool would be the best thing.....This news made my Mom Cry today.....Moms never want their kids to hurt:). But hey....things could always always be worse, cancer,bad heart,so it is ALLLLLLLL good. My kids are happy and healthy is such a blessing!My upper and lower gastro for two hernias ugh rescheduled for three weeks....thats my better news:):):):)):)::) but always.....party on:):):):)):
