I wish everyone well for tomorrow!. Vote for what you believe in & I look forward to working for a better society together with my No and Yes friends regardless of what the vote is. We are so lucky to have this chance #Scotland My Story...(if anyone is remotely interested haha - back to Cat pics tom) .....I am not a Nationalist (or socialist) nor am i anti-English or a #VoteNo hater - i respect your choice. I am not a particular fan of Alex Salmond or SNP and i do feel that there have been unanswered questions & holes in the #Yes Campaign and uncertainty.I am not someone voting purely with heart - i have done my homework via a variety of reports & perspectives. I wont bore you with the figures, both parties have good research and you can always twist stats to suit you. I am however, someone who has felt powerless and unable to influence change or stem the neo-liberal tide with my vote.Scotland - bar one seat, did not vote for Westminsters corporate agenda in the last election but weve had to suffer it. The direction of this government and all other current parties genuinely terrifies me. I have been lied to by LibDem over tuition fees, led to illegal war by Labour and had to watch my disabled aunt die, other Aunt suffer badly with her MS, and watch as people with mental/health issues are ignored (or cured by ATOS) as a result of the cuts made by the Austerity agenda in NHS & benefits & care provision. I have felt powerless when i supported unemployed people being unfairly sanctioned & using food banks, who are painted as scroungers by the Cameron/Osborne/ IDS /media spin nightmare. I didnt vote for a government (and its media propaganda) that has vilified people on benefits, disabled, single parents & immigrants. But despite voting & most of Scotland voting similar to me - my vote, our vote, did not influence what government polices we got. I have had to watch in horror, feeling powerless to stop it. I am not voting for SNP, I am not voting for Alex Salmond or his policies. i am voting #YES as finally I have a chance to INFLUENCE CHANGE and have a chance at a Scottish Election to elect a government that my vote might actually help elect & whos policies I agree with. A new political structure, new Scottish Parties and a new way forward.Yes there is risk. Yes there is uncertainty - but #YES, for me, it is worth it .Continuing on the path the Westminster government (& parties) are on -prioritizing corporate, finance, cuts & punishing its vulnerable isnt an option i want to vote for. My research has shown Scotland can prosper. I Believe in Better. #YES for Jacqueline #YES for Betty #YES for Young Carers, #YES for Vulnerable #YES for the welfare state my Papa & his generation fought for #YES for a CHANCE to elect a government that supports our most vulnerable
