Yesterday I dropped a car off on S Cental/ Florence... Making a turn I see a dog chained to light post. I went back after dropping and find that the poor beautiful pitbull clearly pregnant, her tummy was moving, having beensavagely mistreated and torn up was dead. She was padlocked to a light post with a huge gage chain only a few feet long. Her skin grown over the chain on her neck. That goes beyond cruelty, what have we become when those on out society who do this walk free to do it again.
