I wonder if anyone can tell me wtf job search agencies get paid for doing to help to a long-term unemployed person ? When suggesting that said individual who is transitioning careers needed help with some sort of unpaid job placement she was told you have to sort that. Their response to 2 years if study to get qualifications leave them off your resume its intimidating. So what exactly are they getting paid to do?
