I wonder would I get in trouble at work if everytime a customer/patron got really nasty/ugly rude with me to the point that I just couldnt take it and calm them enough to finish handling the business transaction...if a supervisor was not readily available...what would happen if I had this quote printed out on some cards and just placed it in front of them and walked away and/or just politely slid down a few spaces at my work desk and called the next customer/patron behind them up in line??? Hmmm. Would that be deemed unprofessional? Lol: We dont have to argue with anybody. We dont have to curse and go around acting bad with our words.
