Hemp or straw walls with a render and wooden panels on the walls. Small well insulated windows and floor to ceiling slide door windows facing north. Big room bathroom plus an outdoor shower. Pool and spa areas and outdoor kitchen. Solar powered alarm and gates. Verandas a must. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Solar electric and gas cooking and 2xcombustion fire places with a wetback. LED lights in and around the yard and fluorescence lights inside. Outdoor heating like a pizza oven.
