On the face of it it looks like it is about a reversal of gender stereotypes with the wife being the boss etc but towards the end it seems to reinforce the stereotype so what if you are the boss at work. You are the wife at home. So cook for the husband!! I think it defeats the purpose it sought out to achieve in terms of portraying the empowered Indian woman. I wonder if the ad makers did their homework properly in terms of facts. Most organizations would not have spouses reporting to each other.
