I would like to point out something: when the Federal government - TopicsExpress

I would like to point out something: when the Federal government cannot enforce its own laws in deporting people who have illegally crossed into our territory, logically it can be said that those people have created a defacto state under their own rules (hey, this is political science 101) regardless of what the Federal, recognized government has for laws....realizing this, I can say that we are already in a Civil War, with most of Southern California under occupation of an illegal force that has breached our borders; now, think on this: if Lincoln had allowed a foreign power to take the Southern States, he would have been tried for Treason. However, they left on their own, which was allowed under the Constitution in its strictest terms. Since Southern California has been allowed to be taken over by the failure of Obama to act to protect American territory - that, by defacto logic, makes him guilt of treason, and culpable for any and all damage done to legitimate citizens by these occupying forces, be they armed or not. Just think on that....and pass it along to some of the pundits and think-tankers, if you dont mind - let them know were all not as stupid as the person whose name will be known for more Treason than Benedict Arnold thinks we are.
