I would like to share a story with all of you. This afternoon one of my servers came running into the kitchen with a huge smile on her face. She was wearing a Spirit of Children bracelet and a couple she was waiting on were asking about it. She explained what it was and they asked if she had anymore, when she said she didnt they handed her a handful of money and asked her to please put it toward the charity. As she excitedly is telling me what happened, all I could think was how truly awesome our customers are and furthermore it says so much to me that they are willing and trusting enough of our staff to hand them money and know that it will get to where they ask. In a lot of restaurants that is a rare thing and that money would have landed in a servers pocket. I am so proud of what we have here and am proud that we employ the kind of people that a situation such as this can happen. Thank you to the staff and thank you to all of our fantastic customers. You always come through just when I really need it!
