I would like to share with everybody a comment I just received through head office about our Subway Niagara staff and more directly at ALEX who has received many, many similar compliments at our Welland Ave location. My staff make me proud. Great job once again ALEX! I would just like to let you know that I am a Mr. Sub fan. However after my first visit to a Subway in 30+ years a certain worker changed my views of Mr. Sub. I dont remember his name but its something like Alex,Albert,Aaron and he has a 1 year pin on his hat! anyway he was the most friendly and happy person I have ever met in any fast food place Ive been to. he changed my thought on subway not only with his personality but his knowledge about the brand. as I said I havent been to a Subway in over 30 years I had no idea what to order!! he made the best chicken teriyaki sub ever and helped me threw the whole process, picked out the sauce for it which was perfect! No one at Mr. Sub has ever helped me or my husband like this before. anyway the point is I would like you to let that boy know that he has made a regular out of me and Mr. Sub is no more! Thank-you
