I would like to take this time before I watch the back of my eyelids to thank God and all those who supported our girl in her quest for world domination. I would also like to thank those who donated to the cause and my helpers who did what they could. And to my aunty Penelope Ruawhare for your awesome work with the fried bread and my mum who tried her best with her pakaru(broken) foot. I hope you all enjoyed the Kai and please watch this space because Im thinking of doing this on the regular not as a fundraiser but as a means to support my family because to be honest I dont want to work for nobody I want to be my own boss and boss myself around and give myself pay rises every week lol plus I love doing this kind of mahi. Thanks for the feedback its really encouraging, seeing as this was the first time Ive ever attempted a smoked Mussel chowder before. All in all it was a great day. thanks to my wife for pushing me and to my daughters for loving me and for my son for being cute lol.
