I would like to tell everyone about the state of Temple Airsoft and where we are going the next year. let me say that none of this could have happened with out the help from my wife, friends, help, and the airsoft community. we are growing sometimes faster than I have planned with the average game being 50 players with some games getting nearly 90 players and our mini ops hitting over 100 players. this has caused some growing pains but we are dealing with them by getting more staff trained up and qualified. the past was bright but the future is going to be red hot with more regional games held here in the future starting with Star Burst this month and 2 more games lined up for latter in the year. with RISK firmly set as a crowd favorite game we are adding Z-Day and chess to the line up... along with REFORGER, Market garden, IRON STAR, and wombat we have a full year ahead of us. in closing I would like to thank you the players from all over the state, not just the local area for your help and great sportsmanship. the following are all approved and funded... just need to be finished. short term (2-4 months) world class zero / qualification range / known distance (done) new admin building (done) running water house finished all weather road (done) Blackhawk UH60 (50% done) replica transport plane built (soon) 2 x LCP built 2 x command post vehicles built (1 done) command post tent built (frame tent) to be used near admin area for national guard / army use (planned) 16 new armored vehicles (8 done) staff from 4-5 part time workers new security system (done) new pick nick area with seating for 100 (48 seats right now) increased airsoft stock adding over 100 new items to the sales list (done) increase condor area to 240 sq ft of display area.(done) near term (4-6 months) town rebuilt phase I 4 new cinder block buildings new camping area staff from 5-7 part timers store open 5 days a week stock all echo 1 and G&G guns at all times that can be used on the field. open the airfield. long term (12 months or less) CQB building (8000ft of inside CQB ) with state of the art filming and effects. museum (8000sq ft) of military history on display (100+ uniforms and vehicles) rebuild of the town area phase II rebuild of store area. store open 5 days a week with CQB running also. staff from 7-10 part time workers conference room with seating for 60 with LG screen displays. finance 20-40 more acres. building memorial area for soldiers, of all eras reopening online store. all historical and tactical vehicles made fully mission capable for use on the field. +12 months OC tower in the center of the town with live video streaming so that anyone in the world will be able to watch TA battles live in real time.
