I would like to thank the republican President for appointing me as Health deputy minister and the people of Mansa who put me into this office. I am however awake to the fact that the challenge is even greater as I have to manage dual roles, that of MP and that of Health deputy minister, but, with you support, I am sure well do whats best for our constituence and country at large. The hotter the war, the sweeter the victory.
