Well, they are low because the crude oil prices have fallen by at least 50%. Thats a temporary aberration. The crude oil prices will snap back as soon as the demand/supply equilibrium return, which will be probably in the next 6 months. With respect to the Keystone XL pipeline, I think the President is listening to funders not citizens. Hes not caring about the next generation or the subsequent generation who would benefit from that pipeline over 30 to 40 years and it is ridiculous not to approve this infrastructure when he wants to be the infrastructure President. Its simply biased political thinking.
