I would not call it deep thoughs late an a (sober) Friday night but still - beeing in the "Dog-World"...bathing two Goldens....why do we go on with shows, tests, WT. Field trails etc etc... Well because we all have one goal - keep the purebred pedigree dog going!! We might have different points of view about how a Golden retriever or jack Russell terrier or any other breed standard/temperament should be red and judged....but why do we keep on competing and meet up for tests?? Because we want to keep the breed going - no matter what....or am I wrong? After many years (about 35) in different situations, I can still hear myself thinking - what, why did the judge put up a dog with this front, movements etc etc....but in the end of the day we breeders/exhibitos do have one issue in common....keep the breed going! Never forget that my friends, and do remind ME when I loose the plot!!
