I wrote this to my friend Lotfi Fárhad Shojaian and I hope that he and others doing posting about the war will read it: Farhad, I know you as an intelligent man. The posts that you are sharing is understandably reflecting the alignment to your culture and prejudice but would you think there is a better way to do this? Do you think that the truths that you share has no other side? Who are the real mastermind behind this conflicts? Who is benefiting? While I have no clear answer to these key and fundamental questions, no matter how much I speculate, I do know one thing: While you and millions of others telling your truths, you cannot hear the truths of others. As long as opposing truths are being broadcasted, the conflicts remain and that is where the war profiteers are taking their gain to the bank. They count on you and millions of others to heat the situation. Now I have no dog in this fight, from the pure and simple point of view I find this whole Israeli – Gaza conflict a nonsense! One side starts to shoot rockets indiscriminately at the others targeting to cause the mayhem that they are now receiving as a direct response. As long as hatred exist among people, there are plenty who is going to step forward and serve up the tools of the trade to kill. Now, if you did manage to read thus far, maybe, just maybe you’ll find room in your mind to think up a different approach! Instead of spreading the truth one-sided and expecting the capitulation of the other; why not seek out images where people from both sides already found ways of cooperation! ? Do you recall Maria Teresa never participated in a march against war? Where your attention goes, there is your energy flow. Your posts are fueling the energy it takes a war going! Do you see it? So my question to you, why do you support war?
