IMPORTANT POST ON SILENT CHARITY AUCTION!! PLEASE READ! So this will be my very last post concerning the silent charity auction...damn right! For all of very generous folks who are donating items Inger Hansen Elliott and I will be at Pheasant Ridge tomorrow (FRIDAY) during most of the golfing event collecting donations. pry from around 1030 til at least 3. Come and have an afternoon drink and say Hi to us and whoever might be in the clubhouse and bring your goodies. If that doesnt work out for you then most of us will be at Gingers (ON SATURDAY) by 530 so if you could come just a few minutes early to the event and bring it...that would work out on our end just fine. if neither of those options work out for you...please contact me and we can make other arrangements. For those of you who are donating i would appreciate it if you could type up a short bio of your life since graduation. Please include a current picture of yourself and family if possible. if the page could also include a description of what item/items you donated and why you chose them that would be great!! Its not too late to still make donations for those of you who still havent headed to CF. If you own a business or even just love a particular business... donate a gift certificate...if you make, paint, draw, write, sing, photo, or create ANYTHING as a professional or an amateur please consider sharing your talents. Or if you still have time to shop for your favorite wine, beer, food items before you come... throw a sample box together...wed love to taste some different parts of the country. okay thats my last official beg! ;) For those of you who arent participating by donating PLEASE be prepared to participate by bidding on these donations at the SATURDAY nigh event. Cash or check will be accepted as payment...sorry no credit cards. We dont have a way to run them. Lets bid often and bid high so we can raise alot of $$ in our missing classmates honors! And try to do some real good during this weekend of crazy overindulgence and wild debauchery ;) Thanks in advance for your help in making this event a success and thanks for your patience, understanding and tolerance for all the long, begging posts that have come relating to this event. Its an important one and so were just really dedicated to making the first one a success so it can become a regular event.
