IN MY OPONION, It is time President Obama and all other politicians, who in any way supported the passage of the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), be removed from office because: 1. They failed to read the bill before voting on it, 2. They knew or should have known that the bill was a sham, to grow governmental control over our lives rather than correcting anything to do with health care, 3. Obamacare is a job killer, 4. They knew or should have known that President Obama was lying when he said, “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” and “ If you like your plan, you can keep your plan,” 5. They knew or should have known that President Obama was lying when he said, “the plan cost will be lowered by $2500 per year,” 6. They knew or should have known that President Obama was lying when he said, Obamacare, “will not add one dime to the debt,” 7. They knew or should have known that Obamacare was not ready to be rolled out on October 1, 2013, 8. They knew or should have known that President Obama was violating our constitution when he made some 20 changes in the law without congressional approval, 9. The website for Obamacare is only 60% complete based on testimony of an administration official before a congressional panel, 10. They knew or should have known that CGI Federal the contractor responsible for the development of the Obamacare website and others were not qualified, based on past performance, to successfully develop a website capable of handling the complexity of the Obamacare site, and most importantly, 11. They are fraudulently placing the private information of all Americans, attempting to use the Obamacare website, in jeopardy of theft based on the opinion of four security experts who testified before a congressional panel. Based on the above, it is time to hold politicians feet to the fire and remove them from office (IMPEACHMENT) for the destruction of 1/6 of our economy and the untold millions, billions or trillions of wasteful expenditures in the process. Obamacare website should be shut down immediately, law repealed and replaced with a federal plan with three provisions: (a) grant ability for purchase of health insurance across state lines, (b) provide for tort reform and (c) return responsibility for all health related issues, Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP to the various states.
