INDIA is facing acute manpower shortage in farming sector.Boys from villages are migrating to cities for jobs.A farmers son does not like working in fields.! His father also does not like him working in fields!..reason ? cultivation is not financially profitable! why? we use old methods in farming.. technology has not entered much in the farming sector. those days are gone now!...bring our agricultural scientists to work with farmers..let our agricultural universities produce ready to work graduates in farming sector..many incentives to be declared by Government ..let us give more respect for people working in farming sector ! otherwise in near future our prosperity and country will take a back seat in progress..food scarcity will spread to market.. .GDP calculations will be wrong... Change is a must now!..!...The young and unemployed youth should come with cow boy cap, gum boots and jeans pants in Ac equipped tractors and invade indian fields..use modern technology,mechanization in all stages..India will be unbeatable in the wold!...
