INSTRUCTIONS • OPEN TO ANY RESIDENT IN INDIA IN THE AGE CATEGORY OF 16-26. (Age as of August 1, 2013 should not exceed 26.) • As the name suggests the quiz will be entirely on India. • There will be an All Kerala Preliminary level screening of the Quiz in three centres of Kerala. • The centres are Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut and Palakkad. The exam is held on the same day. • There will be registration fee of Rs 100 per team. • The teams have to register themselves online by sending a mail specifying their details and exam centre. • There will be no spot registration. • The teams should bring the registration fee on the date of the examination and remit it while cross checking your candidature. • A team should consist of two people. • Cross teams are allowed. The age specification should not be infringed. • No candidate can take the quiz alone. Lone wolf not allowed. Team of two is a must. • Candidates crossing the age limit will be automatically disqualified. • The preliminary exam will consist of hundred questions and will not be multiple choice questions. • The time allotted for the preliminary is 90 minutes. • After the conduct of the preliminary, 30 best teams will be selected for the MEGA PRELIMS to be held in Trivandrum. • In the MEGA PRELIMS, the selected 30 teams will face 40 questions which will be an Audio Visual Quiz. • After the MEGA PRELIMS, the 6 best teams will be selected for the MEGA FINALS—‘THE BATTLE OF AGNEEPATH’. The exact location and venue in the respective city will be published in the site. • The prelims will be held on 4th August 2013, Sunday. • Reporting time is 9:30am. The exam will start at 10:30am. (90minutes exam) • Registration will close on 1st August 2013, midnight. No spot registration. • When the candidates come for the exam they should bring the registration fees of Rs 100 per team. • Bring a writing pad and pen to exam centre • After the exam, the answer key of the exam will be displayed in the official website at 1pm. eduzoneacademy.org • The name of the top 30 teams will be published in the website within five to six days. • The date of the ‘Mega Finals’ and the exact venue in Trivandrum will be published in the website. • All the interested candidates should register ONLINE by sending the names of the team members, institution or occupation, Date of birth of both the participants. • The candidates should register themselves by sending an E-mail. • There are 3 centres for the prelims.
