INTERNATIONAL WORKCAMP IN BANGALORE OPEN TO INDIAN PARTICIPANTS. FSL India is organising an international volunteer workcamp in Bangalore in November, from Monday 17th to Saturday 30st. It will take place in the Corporation area, close to the Town-Hall of Bangalore. The project aims aims at globally improving the local public school conditions for the kids, by doing some renovation works in the buildings but also developping a kitchen garden and plan trees in the school yard. Volunteers will also participate to the teachings to the school by doing educational outdoor activities with the childrens and making Health and Hygiene workshops. Most of the children in this school come from very low income famillies and will have agreat benefit from these activities. Volunteers from Bangalore can participate to the whole duration of the project, along with the international volunteers and be completely taken in charge by the workcamp (lunch included). They also can participate to a part of the entire project, with the same conditions. Other indian volunteers can also participate and be completely taken in charge by the project under certain conditions. No experience needed, just the motivation to participate to the improvement of the education conditions for these children and the interest to meet and work with international volunteers is required. Participants from France and South Korea are already registered and more will come from other parts of the world.
