IS AU ACTING IN GOOD FAITH OR IT IS CORRUPTING THE RULE OF LAW What is the rule of law? Does it apply to all leaders differently and to the common man also differently? At least that is what AU is trying to say to us. The rule of law is for all men and women period to be heard and be cleared or convicted of crimes they have committed in society. In public service or in private life the law should apply to every citizen equally. AU is perpetuating corruption, and defense of criminality in Africa we do not want to stand around not pointing out crimes against humanity is serious enough crime to demand that a head of state can and ought to be tried for such crimes. This is a case against you leaders who have ignored to comply or even implement the law constitutionall y. Africa should be worrying about creating one constitution to bind us together as a future supper power or we are all doomed as in the days of slavery and colonialism. ICC should not favor any leader certainly not Uhuru and not anybody else. What we must demand is that ICC clear our President of any charges that have not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Heads of state need to know that they should be prosecuted while in office or out of office letting them off that hook under the law is watering down the law and courts teeth to act as a deterrent to criminal behavior. That simply is corruption of the first degree not good faith. Yes! that is my view, you may feel differently about ICC and AU how do you contribute to this sensitive topic. Be logical open and candid about the issues. Our President is not guilty as charged; a day in court now to exonerate him is fair in terms of a speedy trial. It is what Kenyans want to know that their President is not a crook and he did not commit crimes against humanity. As I have said before we cannot defend hooliganism and prosecute our president. At least some of the Victims were acting in revenge with a vengeance to their own demise. Uhuru ought not be blamed for their victimization in this circumstance and situation where they and they themselves were acting up. I amsaying my fellow countrymen that my heart goes to those who were trully victims of the circumstance and situation. But when you plan to destroy property during demonstrations you acting in contrary to the law and you ought to be punished. Government of the day ought to use reasonable force to create a safety zone and security for the citizenry. A man who neglects his duty as a citizen is not entitled to his rights as a citizen. So besides television picture accounts showing Kenya burning up what is the evidence that Uhuru torched it up to be accused of crimes against humanity? Those are the right questions to ask at AU. The more you Know!
