IS CAN SUPPORTING BOKO HARAM? For almost a week now, I have been seeing comment from our Muslims brethren saying CAN [Christian Association of Nigeria] is the brain behind the Boko Haram, the amazing things is that, these people are now looking for a way to shift blames.. PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1. Was it can who wrote Quran 9:29 that says UNBELIEVERS IN ALLAH should be fought against? -------------- Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. -------------- 2. Was it CAN who wrote in the Quran 9:39 that Muslims should FIGHT UNTIL ISLAM DOMINATE THE WORLD? -------------- And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do. -------------- 3. Was it CAN who wrote in the Quran 5:51 that Muslims should not take Christians as friends? ------------- O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). ------------- 4. Was it CAN who wrote in the Quran 9:111 that Muslims SHOULD KILL AND GET KILLED [A Type of Suicide Bombing] ------------- Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allahs Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success. ------------- Please stop labeling CAN with the evils generated from your HOLY book. How come Boko Haram SHIT and you expect CAN to PACK it.
