Only after his inauguration, the USs neo-colonialism in all seriousness began with the Arab Spring uprisings -A term used for the revolutionary wave of rebellion and civil war on December 18, 2010. The oorlogvisioen (war visions) about the Negro as team-leader, Seer predcicted that at some stage he would use his own head (executive orders), but the oxen would not follow him but rather cheer other side.
