IS THE WHITE FLAG THE EMBLEM OF OBAMAS AMERICA? Some merry prankster clearly thought so. (Hat tip: Dan Knauth). And, while I was known for many pranks in high school--at least one of which, Dan was involved in--this bridge flag replacement stunt wasnt me. That said, it is funny and apt. While Jews run for their lives in Lyon and Christians run for their lives in Mosul, and Russian bears claw airliners out of the sky (by proxy), and Iran marches toward a nuclear bomb, and China floats new aircraft carriers, and the captured murderer of a U.S. ambassador thumbs his nose at a U.S. court, and the stealer of spy secrets demands we change our laws to make him a hero, not a criminal, and North Korean ships boldly haul arms past the U.S. coastline (detected only by Panama) and drug kingpins slaughter innocents in Pol Pot numbers and Mexican drug cartels dare to call our border patrol racist ... What could better summarize Obamas surrender of American responsibilities than a white flag? The only better symbol: a blaring busy signal on a 9-1-1 call.
