ITS HERE! The first day in a 12 day long FREE workout series! I hope youre ready to get after it because we are kicking it off with some upper body fat-burning strength super sets! Check out the written format below for what youll be doing today. The less-than-2-minute demo video will show you how to do every exercise and its modifications if you need it. 3x12 Upper Body Push/Pull Supersets: Instructions: Do 12 reps of each exercise and 3 sets of each one total before moving on to the next set. SuperSets are marked by a matching number and sequenced letter. Do both exercises back to back before you rest for 30 seconds (if needed). In between each superset, you will perform 30 seconds of a cardio exercise. 1a. 12 Incline push-up/floor push-up/chest press (bench press) *each of the 3 sets will be a different exercise 1b. Bent-Over Rows--single arm/single arm/double **1st set cardio: run in place 2a. Shoulder Press 2b. Lat Pulldown (can use bands, lat Pulldown machine or do pull-ups) **2nd Set Cardio: Jumping Jacks 3a. Overhead Triceps Extension/Chair Dips/Triceps Kickbacks 3b. Biceps Curls--alternating/double/alternating **3rd set cardio: mountain climbers
