✴ITS TIME TO GET MOVING!✴ All you need is a ball! Here I used a smaller one, but a little bit larger one would be just as affective. •Bridge (squeeze glutes at the top, abs tight and keep spine neutral - dont over extend) •Ball snatch •Body tucks/Jack knife (great for your lower abs!) •Push ups (hands closer together targets those pesky bat wings. Try doing these with hands close, hands shoulder width apart and hands wider to see the difference) •Ball raise (great for your lower abs) •Hamstring curls (keep your hips off of the ground and core tight) •Works your core (lower back and abdominal muscles), chest and front shoulders! ✴You can perform these 1 of 2 ways: do each exercise for X amount of seconds (30 seconds) slow and controlled, or do each exercise for X amount of reps (20-25) - 3 to 5 sets total, depending on how much time you have. ✅Hit like if you find these helpful and want more tomorrow! ✅Tag 2 friends who might want to join you!
