Id like to show my support and give a positive mention...Thank you Equifest for all your hard work and consideration for us competitors to making the show so enjoyable! Our camp had a fantastic time. Its not been fair to you and the team with all of these comments, I would hate to think this show wouldnt run anymore due to the few negative people. I came across a couple of rude competitors with my stay at this years show, but the vast majority were so pleasant, fun and many laughs and encouragement was given to one another in and out of the ring making it a show worth coming to no matter the placings. I dont understand why people are so surprised at things being stolen, manes and tails being snipped.. its not the first time it has happened, nor will it be the last. BSPS, PUK, RIHS, HOYS, SCOPE have all had incidents of people ruining it for someone else dont put Equifest into the bad barrel - They are all the same. Weve learnt over the years of competing - not to take your best wheel barrow, not to take your best fork.. dont leave you rug or head collar in the stable.. Lock your lorry up when you are leaving...Dont ignore people shouting loose horse in the early hours of the morning and go back to sleep and then find out in a few hours that it was yours - someone had let it out.. If you learn this.. Perhaps you might have a easier/better show and not feel the need to blame the organisers of the show... One little mention though.. Pleasssssseeee have a photographer for the workers... Pretty please!! Over and Out.
