Id rather stay single than to be in a relationship where Im doing all the work. Or where Im dating someone and I end up getting embarrassed every other day. I do the texts. I always text 1st. Im the only one who puts effort into giving phone calls. Im the only one who does cute shit once in a while. Yes its nice to be in a relationship, in fact its awesome. But sooner or later youre gonna grow tired of being the one thats putting in the work. Similar to the workplace, jy doen al die werk, ma die een wat n luigat is, kry die promotion. After a while youll be so deurgetrek. That when they , (your gf or bf) finally does something sweet, youre gonna be surprised, not happy, but surprised because you wouldnt know how to react. And who lus for that? People tend to tell me brah, youre still single. Youre gonna die alone I just laugh. Because I know what verhoudings are all about deesdae. Deesdae gaan relationships meer oor seks as iets anders. And in other cases 99% of the time the girl or guy is doing most of the work in the relationship. Another factor is, Cheating , as its one of them as well. Embarrassing part is , is that youll hear it from someone else, hey I saw your gf with another guy hugging and stuff And who has time for that. Thats why I just laugh instead. Not because some people just date for the title as boyfriend or girlfriend. But purely Because relationships arent what theyre supposed to be nowadays.
