Id say hes the king of bullshit!!! I have a family member that has to live in his dumps...when their water froze they got under house to fix themselves rather than depend on Morgan! And found out the sink n tub drain under the house in a hole in the ground!!!, EPA violation Missouri sewage law states ALL gray water (dish/tub) must go in city sewage! Hell he will continue to operate like he has for 20 yrs!! Why do you think he picked Trenton to have rentals? Cause he knows he can rent dumps n city wont do anything to him... His business card says he lives in liberty ...he sure burns lots of gas in that fancy red truck driving to Trenton daily (in his words work on them daily) HAHAHA!
