If C.S. Lewis image about the people at the feast with no elbows is true to spiritual form, then healers need other healers and other gifts to heal and protect them. Maybe our gifts are just like one meal that we each bring to the pot-blessing, and so where one may be deficient, or even blessed in, they may need someone else to serve them. I find that praying for others (in power) has so much more power, and then I do not run into the problem of the circular loop feedback, if that makes any sense. ~Mystic James
