If I ever become a supervisor anywhere Im not subscribing to this idea that you cant give an employee an outstanding rating on an evaluation because you just cant - even though the employee is doing a great job. They say its this philosophy that the employee wont have anything to strive for. Lol, I think that philosophy is BS. Like why would anybody give their all knowing its not going to be reciprocated. I think the psychologist BF Skinner called it positive reinforcement. Anyway Im so glad I have spirituality and education and my family in my life. Those things help when life confuses you at times. ☺️
