If I ever edged toward geekdom, it would probably have been during the Buffy years. Joss Whedon became my hero. I bought the compiled copies of all the graduate level theses that had been written on Buffy. And enjoyed them. On the last day that the final episode of Buffy was to be aired I cried all day (Gosh. Im getting a little misty even now.) and wrote lyrics to the tune of Billy Joels Shes Always A Woman To Me and retitled it Shell Always Be Buffy To Me.. See? I told you. Geekdom.
