*If I was Mayor:* I would have a meeting with the African American leadership and business community to look at vacant land suitable to build or warehouses in the heart of the community to see if they are willing to invest in a sustainable Business Model that will create jobs right in that community to give families a fair living wage. I would see if there are any grants that can offset the cost of the project and bring sound bankers along with the Toledo Urban Fcu to the table to help facilitate the financial process! This would be a project I would look to duplicate in others communities!....Do not tell me why it will fail!...Tell me how you can contribute to make it work?
