If I were to die this day, would I look back at my life and boldly - TopicsExpress

If I were to die this day, would I look back at my life and boldly admit that I did my best? Sure there were times when I did well and times when I couldve done better. But there are also times where I didnt even try. All we have is now. We have today. We had yesterday. But we dont know for sure if we have tomorrow. Life is what you make it. Weve heard that a thousand times. But there are those who dont even attempt to make themselves a life. They ride on the band wagon of good enough. Just where is good enough? I believe good enough is whenever you did just enough to get by. Those who are good enough never get the chance to be amazing. They never get the chance to inspire others with the things they do or the things they say. The very make up of yourself is in what makes you up. Skin and bones make up your body while words and actions make up your personality. Your personality is the best thing in your possession to describe yourself. Its like an autobiography thats shown rather than read. I ask you to be who you can be. Live this day as if tomorrow wasnt to happen. When you stand before the judgement of God and He asks you what you did with what He gave you, how will you respond? The body in which you live in isnt yours to keep. Its Gods. He has bestowed upon you a chance to make yourself a follower of Him, while you live here on earth. Everything you have is just yours to borrow. It is the same with your life. This life is not yours. And we are taught to give something back in better condition than in which we borrowed it. Take the life you have and do your best with it. Make God known with your life. Represent Him well. Be a light in others darkness. Do things in Christs name. And whenever you return to His kingdom, with Jesus as your witness, admit to God that you did the best you could with what He gave you.
