If Jimi Agbaje decides to contest as the Governor of Lagos state under the platform of any political party I will vote for him. I dont do party but personality is what is important to me. I remember how Lagosians fell in love with him the first time he was contesting in 2007. A very brilliant, eloquent and amiable man who had a very good grasp of issues affecting Lagos at that time. He however lost to Fashola, another man that has been termed a reference point in what governance is all about in Nigeria. I think Agbaje deserves to do it this time around considering the fact that he took his defeat in 2007 in good faith and has never been enmeshed in political mudslinging ever since. He is a new face just like Fashola and Akpabio was. These are the kind of people that can bring the needed change we want and not recycled politicians. #IBK.
