If anyone needs some inspiration to workout, some advice for lifting, here are some links to some of my personal favourite Youtube channels. Feel free to post any channels that have helped you on your fitness journeys! 1. Team 3DMJ, specifically their Pyramid 6-part series on nutrition. Their advice and recommended books (most of this is completely free) is invaluable and better than most personal trainers can give, backed by scientific evidence as opposed to bro-science and illogic thinking. 2. ANIMAL. This is the channel that got me interested in switching my training from solely bodybuilding, to more powerlifting oriented. 3. ChelseaLifts. As a guy, its really quite interesting watching the progress of a female powerlifter, who recently competed in an international meet, placing fairly well for her age and weight class. Doesnt hurt that shes aesthetically pleasing. 4. Massthetics. Can you argue with a 160lb lifter pulling 600+ on the deadlift, as well as vlogging with one of the best personalities on Youtube IMO. 5. Flexforall2. Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado, AKA Legends of Aesthetics. Two down to earth guys who introduced me to the Legs/Push/Pull split that has given me some great results in the past. Notable mentions being Maxx Chewning, CampbellFitness, TDOFit, Andrea Valdez, Bart Kwan AKA BarbellBrigade, and of course, the sith lord himself--Jason Genova.
