If carlsberg did Thursday nights that one was a fantastic one. First up training with mine and Tommos little team was really good. I really enjoyed it too. What a great journey. Then a great game of 5 a side up Brough with my old mate Stuart Babington who caused great controversy in the last minute as we grabbed a draw. Priceless. Reminds me of a few years ago. And then a good drink in Weatherspoons with some real sound lads. Me and Stu being asked to remove our respective badges by the doorman was well received by our colleagues. 4 pints and fish and chips later Im back at my gaff and the mrs looking quite appealing in bed. Just going to finish me brew off and Im going in for the kill. Ive got a back up plan of Chile v Brazil that Ive not watched yet but to be honest this night can only finish well surely. What a great decision to work an early .....
