If it is true that Cyprian Awiti, the Governor of Homa Bay County, has signed a deal with New York Mayor for generation of Electricity worth 2B, then we are even better with our Agwambo Baba. In Nyanza, we only need electricity, water and good roads and everything else will fall into place. These are what the previous regimes have denied us. No wonder, they are fighting hard to defeat devolution.
