If it wasnt for an email I received from LinkedIn I wouldnt have noticed that today is the anniversary of another year of my employment in the Salem State Registrar office at Salem State University. Its amazing how much has changed since the day I went to interview for the position. I was a young man out of college coming off working as a head counselor for the TRIO program heading into an office where I would be the youngest and newest face. Ive enjoyed every bit of my job from the fun celebrations we have every holiday to the hard efforts we put in every completion term around graduation time. Ive been blessed to be in a position to help people every day on their goal to getting their degrees and pursuing their careers. It means so much to me being there on that stage before so many receive their bachelors and to get the hugs, handshakes, kisses and headnods haha Im grateful and fortunate for this position.
