If there is no God, as atheist claim, then why do they go apoplectic at the mere term God. After all, if He does not exist, what is there to be so upset about? And what gives the atheists the right to impose their belief on the rest of society by demanding that all reference to God be expunged? This is not a matter of the separation of church and state. At the very least America is Theistic in a general sense. No one is trying to impose a State Religion by saying we all must be Baptist or Congregationalists or even Presbyterian. Atheist are trying to impose a particular religion, secularism, in the denial of God.
