If you are a fan of the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run (SSBR) and Army Half Marathon (AHM), listen up! The annual race will be returning on 31 Aug with a new race route that will take you around the brand-new Sports Hub. For the first time, runners from the SAFRA Running Club and Team Fatbird offered their feedback after going through a trial run of the route, and they’ve given the improvements their stamp of approval! During an appreciation reception held today at The Float @ Marina Bay, Minister of State for Defence and Deputy President of SAFRA, Dr Maliki Osman (centre-left) viewed a display of the new route. He also thanked the runners for their feedback and commended SAFRA on their efforts to enhance the racing experience for participants. This is also the last year the SSBR and AHM will be taking place before it takes a break next year to focus on the SG 50 celebrations.
