If you are experiencing issues with email, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing an invalid username and password message when accessing Student Email, we suggest you reset your password in MyBC. Afterwards, your password may take up to 2 hours to sync with Office 365. Instructions on resetting the password are as follows: 1) Go to the BC homepage and go to MyBC login 2) Login with your student ID and pin 3) Under the “Personal” tab, click “Change Pin” 4) Fill in the information to reset your pin 5) Your pin is now reset
