~~If you are looking for a unique piece for your house or business, this is it!! When I got this old radio, it was already gutted and someone had converted it long ago to a cupboard.....they put shelving in and had chipboard doors on the back...not cute, trust me! I pulled the doors off, took out the shelving, and removed the front of it. The bottom shelf that you now see is reclaimed wood that I cut from an entryway of an abandoned house. I painted the inside of this piece one shade of turquoise and painted the outside another shade...of course I needed to add some bling with all the knobs on the front; I had to cover those holes somehow! Fabric now sits in place of where the radio was at one time and an antique metal ceiling tile is the new backing instead of cheap doors....I also put this on wheels, and if you want to have a little storage in the back, the shelf is still accessible...Price: $150.00...that may sound like a lot, but a lot of hours went into this:))~~
