If you believe ANY numbers out of Government & especially this admin you need to immediately get to a psychiatrist. Just like the unemployment drop right before the election in 2012 (which we later found was altered by a rogue census worker---there always seems to be just 1 person but no more)......After 5 years of massive Gov intervention, Shovel Ready Jobs, etc.....we have this. Personal Consumption .7--compare to 1986 (Reagans 5th) after a huge recession.......consumer spending 3.4% overall growth of 3.9%.......even with a -3.1% decline in military spending in 1986. Difference: Focus on economy--an inspirational leader that motivated by talking up people, the country and business, massive changes to tax code and rules to limit regulation (compared to now how the Gov regulatory agencies are closing businesses and forcing them under) Today: Payoff to WallStreet with QE1,2,3 to drive stock market up while killing savers, payoff to Unions and States who were irresponsible (stimulus went to them), payoff to environmental groups (no drilling on public lands or keystone pipeline), payoff to Big Gov people increasing regulations more than weve ever seen coupled with the healthcare law which has been lied about and changed over 14x now....creating more uncertainty and burden. Intimidation by Gov agencies to entrepreneurs and business and people......just wait a few years and tell me how you like your Electricity Prices.
