If you expect to do anything great with your life, you will face serious opposition. Be prepared for people to ridicule you, throw stones at you, intentionally not be open to what youre sharing with them. It has happened over & over in history, for example Ghandi, Albert Einstein, Oprah Winfrey, Martin Luther King, Walt Disney, Nelson Mandela to name a few. The best example I have for my life is Jesus Christ. There is so much life-changing wisdom that I have learned from the son of God. You see He was not welcomed everywhere He went, in fact many of His own people persecuted Him. That did not phase Him from completing His mission. Jesus knew what He had to do, & regardless of what obstacles came His way, He continued to sow seeds of Gods word. In His day His own people called Jesus crazy for His teachings, now Christians are the majority world wide. I pray that this gives someone hope & understanding if he/she does not comprehend why people are not receptive to them. Always remember what Jesus Christ taught in the book of Matthew. Leave unwelcoming people who dont listen to you, dust off your feet & go to the home that is Deserving. Be Blessed. Matthew 10:12-14.......12 As you enter the home, give it your greeting. 13 If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you. 14 If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet.
