If you find that you are having to convince people to join your business? Consider what you are going to have to do to get them to work! I cannot stress enough the importance of getting to KNOW the people you are going to be in business with. To each their own, but personally? I want the BEST on my team. I am doing MY best, and I want that to be reflected in the people I am working with. Of course there are those that will come in through your advertising efforts, that you may not have had a chance to engage with yet, but there shouldnt be a power struggle of winning someone over to make a sale in a direct dialogue. And BE the type of sponsor that you wish you had, or if you are lucky enough, emulate the one that you do! A majority of my conversations with the lot of new friends I have made have been more about who they are as a person, their goals, dreams, and ambitions, and less about what either of us are promoting. It may be a slower go for me to build up to a rocking level that way, but at least I will have a good understanding of who I am supporting.
