If you have been watching the news today about New York businesses being fined for "AstroTurfing" reviews... paying people or companies to write fake reviews is APPALLING! This is the first time I have ever heard of this consumer scam. Small, local businesses work so so so so so so hard to insure every client or customer is extremely happy with the service so that they will legitimately review the business to attract new clients.
