If you have problems with DHS or a worker let it be known. Ok so mine is with Preston Victoria office.Workers Name is Scott Finlay. In tow years he has made countless mistakes but is still on the Case. And still has a job.. I travel tow times a week to see my daughter for tow hours at a time. I spend a little over three houses just to get there by 11am. I see my daughter from 11am to 1pm. On a Wednesday & on Friday I have to call the office on the Thursday so I can see her on a Friday. There has been countless days were I have missed out on my visit because this worker dont do his job rite by booking a room or someone to pick my daughter up from her mums place.. My brother also has the same worker.There has been on one time that Scott The Worker has called me by my brothers name in a conversation over the phone. Also haze made times for my brother to see his son. That Scott was meant to have made a call for me to see my daughter not for my brother ..I have see my little girl only once this year . She went to Queensland just before Xmas but all up I had not seen her for around Ten Weeks . Ok so today I go all the way there just to find out Scott Forgot to book a room or for some one to pick her up.. So I asked at the Preston DHS Reception for the Ombudsmens Number also I asked the Receptionist to ask Scott to right a letter saying that I went there for nothing at all once again . So he Scott come out to see me asked me do I really want the letter with a real smug look on his silly looking fade. So I let him know Im way beyond not happy I did not threaten him j only raised my voice in the foyer he first come out and asked my to come to a room so that we could talk . So I asked ? Why What Do You Have To Hide . I have been with DHS a long time But this time its Abuse Of There Power.. If some one could help me in any way I would really Appreciate your advice and help. I really need it although my daughter is safe DHS dont help there messing with her head not me and not her mum its DHS .
