If you have time for just ONE exercise- PLANK!! There is NO BETTER exercise to help develop your CORE and abs... Dont like planks? You may not be doing them right... When done correctly, they should NOT hurt your lower back or shoulders. Here is how to do one CORRECTLY. Take the c-curve OUT of your lower back. Do NOT let your back curve or your stomach stick out. Squeeze your glutes, engage your abs and core TIGHT and tuck your plevis UNDER. You can do these from your forearms, OR your hands (in a top pushup position)... Once you have mastered this, work on going LONGER and adding variations like taking it to the side. Watch my FULL Plank Video tutorial at Youtube/NatalieJillFitness
